not desperate at all. Always thought un un-popped tongue looked strange with pants. Other than the shoes in which that it wouldn't work with. (aforementioned foams, free's.. you get the point)

People are incredibly stupid. Most buyers don't even read the item description. They just assume that all sellers have the same policies and throw a hissy fit when the seller says "no, that's not how I do business".
Also, it's MUCH more common for buyers to scam sellers than the other way around.

Much more common. Just try selling something on Craigslist. Just another reason why the "tagged/watermarked" pictures practice has no merit. Lest not forget it's also EASILY removed by an amateur PS'er.

I personally wasn't crazy for them in pictures, I liked them but nothing that made me go crazy for them. In person on the other they are sick. The detail all over the shoe is eye-popping. Pictures don't really capture the color accurately as they're more bright, and vivid in hand (midsole is also pearly).

Is there anyway to wear them casually....aka lightly laces or loosely laced...without the tongue looking OD stupid? Can you fold the flap from the one side over the tongue to keep it down?

I really don't like the look of that paper thin tongue popped up like that. Seems like the tongue has no purpose if the upper already has a piece covering the top of your foot. Kind of disappointed in the upcoming colorways though on this shoe so I might have to do an ID if I decide to get in on this one.

Look how thin that tongue is though. The V at least has some cushion on the tongue. I don't want to force the look of a high top on a super low shoe as it is.
