its the cheapest of 3 major sig lines of Nike, a ton of people flock to them just because its inexpensive and its tied to Durant, add some flavorful cws, and he could sell dadas to you guys, just put swooshes all over the shoe and you guys would eat it up

I've never bought a KD shoe before, I never liked the designs really, but when I saw these I knew I was going to finally buy a pair. Honestly I just got into shoes outside of Jordans and Foams very recently. I was very narrow minded when it came to shoes because I stuck to what I know, now I am beginning to buy Lebrons, Kobes, KDs and I value my collection a hell of a lot more now.

I don't because it happens. I did it with the Lebron 9. But since then I've learned to reserve judgement until I've seen detail pics, different colorways, and the shoe itself in person. When the first pic of the black/red Lebron 9s surfaced I was disappointed. But then pics of the Chinas came, and seeing the Cannons and Miami Nights in person changed my mindset. The colorways really set the LBJ 9 off. It's just with Sneakermane(not mad and don't have a problem with him) he bashed the KD VI so hard it's kind of surprising he comes in this thread. At this point for me, I'm just waiting for him to cop a pair, lol.So do folks on NT really get upset about people changing their opinions on these shoes?

I feel you BUT when this is the most expensive KD to come, this is the last thing you want to see. I wondered what you guys meant buy saying the materials are cheap and now I see what they mean. It's a downgrade from the KDV which I had no problems with. Also when you walk you plant your heel and push off with your big toe so it's gonna be there

I just think that it's interesting to see some folks get a little aggressive towards someone else for doing a 180 once the shoe actually drops. I work in a sneaker store and a majority of the time I have to make folks try on shoes or look at them in person to help them get a feel for a shoe. Some folks just take longer to come around on certain shoes. No need to clown them for making an impulse decision. Just my two cents though.

we all kno he's gonna do it. just buy the damn shoes n get it over with. if anyone pulls his card, it wont be me. lol
limited colorway gets em first, backtracking follows. seen this movie before.
just make sure you keep it funky WHEN you post pics of your first pick up. if you post em @ all that is.lol

Finally received my pair of Seat Pleasant's at work the other day after having to get it transferred from 1 of 2 Finishlines in Louisiana that got them. Once I actually tried the shoe on and walked around for a moment, the shoe felt a lot nicer on my foot than both the IV and the V. I went out to take some on foot pictures with jeans, and laced them up loose to get a crazy look. I wouldn't normally pop the paper thin tongue out of my jeans, but I know some do, so I did one just to show. Hopefully these pictures can give people that are still on the fence about the sneaker a better look at how they can be rocked differently. I think they look great casually with jeans, and I cannot wait to cop the Meteorologies and Bamboos next!

I hate the Seat Pleasant CW, but the shoe itself is alright with me. I prefer a low top anyways. Looking forward to getting my iD pair and then Meteorology.

And that's fine, because everyone has their own opinion/style. I'm not going to be upset because another man doesn't like the way I lace my sneakers lol. I'm not even going to answer why I wouldn't buy another pair of laces, because it's my shoes so I can lace them however I want. No disrespect just backing myself up.

Thanks man, I was just trying to do something a little different. If I'm not balling in them, there's no reason for me to choke them up. I like the way it looks, and it even feels better as it allows the top of the sneaker to open up and be a lot more comfortable. Not everyone's style is the same in the world, so you can't expect everyone to like something. I'm glad you liked it though
