For those wondering, Nike chat rep stated one pair per billing information regardless of statuses of any previous order. Essentially, they wouldn't clear my cache to reorder a different size despite canceling a previous order via my account made a half hour earlier.

Got through with a 9.5 I woke up at 706 am and was like man I missed out. And grabbed my cell phone and went through mobile site and was able to add a 9.5 to my cart I was shocked. I checked out and went to twitter. I saw that a lot if people couldn't add to cart for some type error. I guess I got lucky by grabbing my phone in the morning.

Picked mine up on the dot on NDC at 8 am...instead of the link I just punched in the product code. Spooky how I had them the 3s and the moccasins without waiting in line when the links dropped....didn't get the mocs but got the kds and the 3s....good luck to everyone they'll have plenty in stores
