Can I keep goods which I haven't ordered?

A couple of weeks ago we had some things delivered from a well known online store in the US to my cousin's hotel so that he can bring it with him when he comes to back here in Manila.

He arrived last night and gave me my order minus a pair of shorts plus 5 extra shirts which I didn't order.

*The 5 shirts weren't in the invoice.
*The shorts were.

What should we do?
 
If you like the shirts and they cover the price of the shorts then screw it. They're only short pants after all.
 
Completely up to you. Keep the shirts if you'd rather have them than the shorts, if not email who you ordered it from and let them know. They may let you keep the shirts anyway
 
So you've been debating for a couple of weeks on what to do? Too late to do anything now.
 
Brah so I ordered a Burberry wallet online. I track it and it said ups left it at my front door. Didn't see it so I contacted the website and they sent me a replacement. got the replacement 3 weeks ago. Yesterday I came home found another one. They didn't charge me yet. Mind you the wallet cost 325. What to do?
 
Last year I ordered a Burberry belt from the store since they didn't have my size, a couple days later I received my belt in the mail then the following day I receive another belt in the mail. So Burberry mailed me 2 belts and only charged me for one, I took the second belt back to the store and got a full refund for the belt that I did pay. So I pretty much got a free belt from Burberry, saved me $275 :smokin.

Yes I did pay $275 for a belt but I guess you didn't keep reading, it also said I received 2 belts for the price of 1 so I returned the second belt so really I didn't pay anything for it.

Btw I don't wear Foams, but good try
 
if they send by accident you can keep it, they wont charge you for it.

happen to me before with NDC and various other sites
 
Keep my friend. Tmobile sent me 2 blackberry a years ago. Sold one and used one. Felt like a bawse
