The Turbo S will dispatch the Nürburgring in "well under seven and a half minutes."

Quote:
At the heart of the new Turbo is a rear-mounted, turbocharged, 3.8-liter flat-six engine, making use of twin, variable-turbine-geometry turbos. For the standard Turbo, the result is 520 horsepower, a 0-60 miles per hour sprint of 3.2 seconds and a top speed of 196 mph.

Quote:
Porsche will also happily sell you a Turbo S with 560 horsepower, 0-60 mph in just 2.9 seconds and a top speed of 198 mph. Impressively, Porsche also notes that the Turbo S will dispatch the Nürburgring Nordschleife in "well under 7 and a half minutes – with standard production tires."

Quote:
the Turbo model will start at $149,250, while the Turbo S asks $182,050.

o honey boo boo child that interior is fabolous! everything about the car is almost perfection

but i love the cayman R and S though, that IS perfection for a porsche design

In this moment, I am euphoric. Not because of any phony wooden seats, but because I am enlightened by my own squatting.

Just perfect. Oh how I wish I could have one.

Not a car head so I don't care much for the numbers, although they do sound impressive. Design takes a big fat L for looking like every other porsche on the streets.

New one looks to have a much lower overall silhouette making look sleeker while also being wider.

No need to make drastic changes just cause. That's what hurts a lot of car companies.

Such classic, yet modern and beautiful design.

Not a Porsche fan, but I wouldn't mind taking that gt3 to willow springs or palomar assuming its still a rwd and naturally aspirated.
Timeless. I love how porsche maintains the heritage year after year.
eek.gif Those drilled rotors are massive. Looks like six piston cals too.

I feel like alot Porsche's cars have largely looked the same since the 1990s. I know they like their classic look but a complete overhaul of their design might be in order at some point.
