Seeing how much of an Asian background NT has, just wondering did anyone catch this. At me thinking K-Town was just a NT sn. I really need to get out the Midwest.

Just moved to Mid-Wilshire 2 months ago which is right next to Koreatown, gonna have to catch this next time

im a huge bourdain fan but i dont understand how he keeps getting new shows doing the same thing over and over

great show. similar to his other works. just got done watching, the myanmar, k-town, and columbia eps.

I watched the episode the other day while eating dinner lol.
But how does he keep getting these kinds of shows?? No reservations, layover, and parts unknown...

Parts Unknown is essentially the same show as No Reservations.

I believe it even has the same crew and everything. They moved to CNN because it's better for him and allows him to get to more places than he would have been able to see being on Travel.

^ travel channel was also trying to market his names on things he didn't approve of. There was a big ol fight about it.

Glad CNN picked him up. Big Bourdain fan

Doesn't matter what network he is on. Dude's a boss and knows how to host a show.

I like whatever Bourdain does. The CNN show seems to be less about food & more about whatever destination.

looks like you weren't the only one who didn't know what K-Town meant. @ 5:50 mark

Tony could do a show on Asia alone and it could last 10 seasons, there are sooo many parts of the world that he's barely even scratched the surface of.

For anyone just getting into his TV stuff his No Reservations eps of Istanbul and Cairo are two of my favorite from that series(I think they're all on youtube.)

Looks like he's rounding out this season(8eps) with Canada(Quebec), Morocco(Tangiers), Libya, Peru and Congo. 2nd season starts in September.

grew up in that area and been working in that area for almost a year now. So many Korean BBQ spots its not even funny. Funny the gave filipinos a shout out with their jolliebee segment haha

My friends and I like going to Koreatown in NYC for karaoke :smokin. That are has a lot of good food spots and happy hour bars.

Thought the show was meh. Not really an Anthony Bourdain fan.

But Dave Choe featured meatball tacos from sizzler though...really?!? lol
