Just watched it...

Had to turn it off during the hospital scene. I havent cried like that since I was probably 8-9 years old man. Crazy emotion when he said to the cop "I have a daughter"...

Damn

Man the truth is the cop shoot him by accident. You really think he would cold blood murder the dude in public in front of people recording

Doesnt matter man. your a cop, you train for years to know how a gun feels compared to a freaking taser. he was in no rush, so why rush to shoot (tase) him? Foh

Finally watched it. It sux knowing the outcome before the movie; especially since the movie highlighted the positive changes he made regardless of his current situation at the time. I don't really know the full Grant story, but was that really how they got arrested? The girl he met at the super market notices him and the prisoner happened to be on the same train? They also did great on recreating the actual scene, man those cops gave no damns :smh: . And yea the dene where he picked up his daughter :frown:

They did a decent job on the bay lingo  , but that's not something serious it's just something that gets me

I think the fight scene was put into the story for continuity sake, in a lot of movies "BOATS," they add in a lot of events to make it more entertaining.

I still need to catch this. I missed that train by minutes that night.

I remember getting on BART and there was a long as wait, everyone was drunk and was like wtf is going on? Then I get home and heard about this the next morning. Crazy. :smh:

You obviously don't know how cops operate out here.  Pig knew he had an out.

Regardless, the fact that he served less than 365 days combined between jail and prison is disgusting but again, just par for the course really.

Just peeped it. Amazing movie, & extremely sad man.

Pig only did 11 months too. unbelievable. Oscar was on the floor, hands behind his back with a cop's knee planted firmly on his neck. No need at all for the "taser" :smh: :smh:

RIP Oscar |I

Just watched this before I go to sleep. Horrible decision, I'm all in my feelings. Damn, I was not ready for this much of an emotional investment on a movie. Terrific movie.

And when he said "You shot me bruh, I got a daughter". My heart shredded into pieces...

Great movie to watch, but be ready to catch feels. RIP Oscar
