amazing how fast hollywood churns out movies...it feels like we were just talking about the oscar grant stuff yesterday.

I have been waiting a long time for this movie. I was living in Oakland when this happened. The crazy part was I was at Fruitvale station about a hour before this all went down picking up one of my boys to head out for the night. It wild way events unfolded that night.
What I like is how they really capture how things are in the Town, from the lingo to the black tee's and way cats got down. Obviously the director is from Oakland so he really got it right. I hope this can show people how talent Michael B Jordan is, and really start the career of a young Black Director.

Man iv'e never been to a movie where you could hear a pin drop, especially towards the end of the movie. All i could make out was sniffling because tears were definitely shed. Strong performance from Michael B. Jordan and i look forward to seeing him in more films. The movie really gets you on Oscar's side and makes you hate cops with a passion.
Ya'll need to check this movie out!
