It's not going to work. They only ship to your billing address, so if your billing address is in Indonesia they won't ship it to a different address in the U.S. Your billing and shipping address must be the same. They only ship internationally to Canada, Mexico, Australia, and Europe. You are out of luck.

they prob cross-reference your confirmed address with paypal and the address you provide during checkout

I think this is the day when people forcing Kith to hand out tickets. I remember before they release Volcanoes people lined up for no reason and they all went home. I could be wrong but that's what happened last time.

I'm not seeing this problem. When I click the checkout button, a warning message pops up, click ok, and then it takes me to enter your billing address.
