I have a pair that I bought for resale days after release & although I'm not inspecting them right now or anything, I don't see anything from the pics up there that would constitute those as fake?

Look at the back of the stripes and where the rear panel meet. There should be a gap there filled with mesh. In between the bottom horizontal stripe (below where the words "gel lyte" is) and the panel that is maroon/wine. Also the angle on that wine panel isn't flushed with the other maroon panel, as well as not being angled enough. The fake's angle is rather steep.

ALSO, look at the materials used on the TOP Picture. The whole shoe looks like "pigskin suede"
