I'm 6'2" 190 and got a Medium for a slimmer fit. They're a bit short but they fit comfortable. I think you should be good with a Large if you like a relaxed fit.

Sorry for the pic overload, got my pair today. Figured I would show everyone what each set of laces looks like. Personally this is my order: 1. white flats 2. blue flats 3. White ropes 4. Blue ropes!

I'm 5'10, 155 and I got a M. They fit slim and hit right at the top of my shoes when standing up.
