How do you know you got shipped a size 32? I don't ever get shipping confirmation emails from Kith, just the one UPS sends me saying they picked up my package from Bergen Logistics and is en-route.

I received an email last night from Bergen that my ordered was shipped and in the order summary it showed a size 32 which I did not order.

Let me know what size you get. I ordered the same size as you and had the same problem with the shipping summary and everything... And instead of a 31 or 32.... I got a size 29 instead :smh:

Damn, never get any emails from Bergen or Kith, ever. Kinda weird but whatever, I ordered a 31 too so hopefully I actually get a 31
 
Check ur junk mail.... That email from Bergen always looks so suspect to me like the typical malware ****

Yea I was under the assumption that I was probably not the only one who was going to experience the same problem. So Adam From Kith got back to me with the following earlier today:

Yes, the sizing scale was changed so a 32 represents the 31. Sorry for the confusion!

Then I read your post saying that you got a 29 instead which now tells me that maybe there is no size 31 and random sizes close enough to a 31 were just shipped to all of us. So I wrote another email to Adam saying that others are experiencing the same problem and here is next reply:

Yes, the sizes are just off by one. This was an error. You will receive the correct size.

So hopefully we all receive the correct size we ordered.

sold too many sage so they cancelled after a long time and sent wronf my rosegolds with double value so i had to pay 2 times taxes and they refunded that and gave me 3 preorders only to choose 1
 
From my understanding, the first presale option was filling pieces, the second was adidas, and third will be new balances. I am in the same boat as you, since they messed up my order from the sage/rose gold release. the new balance will be the last offer for the pre-order. all three releases can be had easily without the pre-order. theyve been falling off and i've been getting turned off by all their shenanigans and uninspired collabs. time to move on...
 
I have not received any tracking for my order yet and it's been over a week. I've checked everything. Sent them an angry email. Probably going to get no response. Or a bad excuse if any.

Kith and Aaron's standing has been dropping steadily for me this past year. From an aesthetic standpoint I am still a huge fan of his designs and colourblocking, but recently the customer service and shipping issues, his attitude on social media, and even his soliloquies are starting to alienate me and turn me off the brand.

Not that they should care; they'll still produce something, mark it up because of premium materials, and it'll sell out in minutes.

first email i got was adidas not filling pieces so i have 2 left
 
so kith made a CS Twitter account, let's see how many major releases until they just stop using the account, I give 3 or 4
