Ronnie Fieg Collabs - Tracking order link http://shop.kithnyc.com/pages/tracking

No way these will stay around $250 then rocket to crazy levels in a couple years

have you been following cove/mint/sage/rose gold resell ?
I guess my take on this release is that the Diamond inclusion and branding adds value and separates it from other RF releases. Is my logic sound? Maybe not, but I just feel like RF's 2015 stuff isn't really comparable to this particular release.

Well no, that's 12.5% over retail. Aren't you a teacher?

it's summer. My mind, body, soul and everything associated with education is OFF.

Nvm got my answer. I couldnt find pics of the Gel Lyte V's under a light so I can see what the 3M was like.

So I requested on and here's a photo I received if you were curious

Sage and RG aren't flipping at all. I sold both pairs a few weeks ago and it was tough to get over 200 a pair...

When RG was first announced it was earth shattering because of the RG GT-IIs
Same for the coves and mints because of their better-known GL3 counterparts.
The Sage was the best colorway by Ronnie for a long long time
Initial resale for all of the above was $425-450
It was difficult to find anything below $400 for the cove/mints for example for almost a month

Over the space of the past 2 years or so, prices have eased so much.
I got coves and mints for $300 a piece and I thought I got a super steal.
Now I will be struggling to recover my price paid

RG and Sage are even worse. It's difficult to get $225, it will sell but it takes time. To really sell quick you would havw to price between 200-225. and this is for DS

The cove/mints were 3,000 pairs, each
The sage/rose gold were 4,000 pairs each
The diamonds could be pushing 5-6K pairs (for the GLV), given that the kith online inventory was already 4,712 pairs.
The Gel Sagas are less in numbers, but you know how Sagas fare on the secondary market ...

if you are a reseller, you can say all you want "price will only go up" "don't sleep because these will be 500$ in the next month" and i wouldn't want to pick an argument with you. But taking on a neutral standpoint on these i think you would most agree with me that history tends to repeat itself.

trying to get diamond to cancel one of my pairs, since i ordered two by mistake...hopefully my whole order doesnt get cancelled

@scones I wasn't suggesting these will skyrocket and I'm not a reseller so I don't really care what their value ends up being. I just think that this release has some staying power due to DSC. Ronnie's brand itself has taken a nose dive and I don't think his collabs will ever be worth what they once were. It's all pretty repetitive at this point. But the few collabs DSC has been involved in have never come back down to retail or less, so I can't envision these being found for $200 or less down the road.

no problem.
diamond dunks and nike are a different thing, at least to me. the diamond dunk highs did well, but only because of the dunk lows.
btw, really glad to see 92 OG VII and OG box in your avy

Can't see either pair going for more than $300 in a month, saw pairs for $240-$260 (V)

Sagas seem to be selling higher

Copped Vs easy for my cousin. Feels good not having any interest for these. Too many good releases coming in the next few weeks.
