Mens Hygiene.. what are you using? so fresh and so cleannn cleannn..

I thought african black soap was the best for body acne. I break out from time to time on my shoulders, back, and middle of my chest. Not to mention I also have some acne scars that seem to never disappear. I've been using it for more than a year now and it doesn't seem to have helped.

I don't use it as a body wash. I actually use it to clean my face. Helps with oil and makes my skin feel fresh. I get acne on shoulders and back sometimes too. It's been dramatically decreased by using Dial antibacterial bar soap. I hate bar soap but this doesn't really dry out the skin. I use it without luffa just rub the bar straight on my body. It hasn't removed any scarring, but it always hasn't created any bad acne breakouts.

Might be worth a shot to try it out. Can be found in a 3 pack for $4-5.

My bro put me on to african black soap. Stuff is amazing.

I've also been using unscented deodorant so it won't mess with my cologne's scent. But lately this Arm&Hammer has been trash and once I start sweating, it's a wrap. :smh:

I need recommendations for a new acne body wash and new unscented deodorant. These are what I'm currently using.

any other suggestions?

any suggestions for face scrubs similar to every man jack? i love the no parabens and sulfates, but it's getting impossible to find it in the store now I ended up ordering off of amazon. also any suggestions on deodorants without parabens and sulfates?

I like St. Ives apricot for my face scrub, it's paraben and sulfate free.

And I like to wait until Everymanjack.com has one of their sales or 25% off and stock up. I've bought from Amazon too when I needed just one thing, though. The only thing I can find of theirs in store is just the body wash. I have to go online for everything else.

I've used it in the past. It works well and feels like you're just stripping away a dirty, oily layer of skin.

St Ives is the truth. I use it at nights at the end of the day then cetaphil cleaner in the morning.

I usually will use St. Ives every other day, or whenever I shave. Too much and it'll dry my skin out.

I also started using an unscented witch hazel toner for my face. It's been really great. Cheap on Amazon too.

Been experimenting with going natural.

Tried using coconut oil as a substitute for lotion but it clogged my pores.

Currently using jojoba oil & it's been :pimp:

Yeah man I need something legit for the family jewels too. Soggy pigskin is the perfect description

That aztec clay sucks.

Whats the word on that balls fresh? Is it the same as usin baby powder? Sweatin all day got em smellin like soggy pig skin

sounds like you guys need to change the material of your underwear. nothing topical will legit make you stop sweating there.

I don't get acne/in-grown hairs or any of that, but i do have a pretty legit facial skin care regimen. cleanser nightly, the occasional mask, some creams/exfoliates, moisturizer. Keeps me modelesque. do what others don't to have what others won't, feel me.

look young forever you dig.

Anyone know where to find 3oz jars of American crew fiber for the low?

Any recommendations for acne and scars? Been having breakouts recently. I want to try the Aztec mask but not sure if it will help

just saw a thread about cold showers... yall get down with that?

I usually do after the gym, running, etc. but in the morning I usually can't hack it. I do however get in the shower as soon as I turn it on so it usually starts out cold regardless. Trying to save this Cali water :smh:

This is the best deodorant I've ever used. I used to sweat like crazy in the summer. I used this all of this summer and my pits was dry as hell.

African soap alone will not fade your scars, you have to use it with a fade cream or latic acid lotion.

Your scars are old so there layers of "new skin" on top of them, you would need something strong to penetrate to lighten the dark marks.

I used to use this. It was good for stopping sweat and has a nice fragrance to it, but use too much and armpits would itch or it would get all over my shirts.

Those new degree deoderents have my armpits havin deoderent dingleberrys. Its annoying.

What do yol use for foot odor. My joints are in boots for 10 hours a day, have em smellin funky.

This deodorant is a game changer. I've been looking for a more natural deodorant something without aluminum, parabens, or harmful sulfates. But I wasn't willing to sacrifice protection when sweating. In the past I've used degree and used mitchium for a while. Neither of those were as natural but did the job, except mitchium kept leaving stains in the pits of my shirts.

This arm and hammer deodorant is the TRUTH! No stains in the pits, no harmful substances, and it holds up VERY well. Went for an 18 mile run on saturday morning after going 24 hours since applying it friday morning and I was perfectly fine.
