Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. * S7 Premieres May27

I'm excited. I've been jonesing for a new Superhero TV show ever since Smallville ended.
 
Just like a week or 2 ago my wife and I were talking about how Marvel should come out with a tv show since they're hype is at an all time high right now..   I think this show has huge potential if they make it the right way.   I think it will be a good way to introduce some of the characters not as known and it could be used to set up future movies for some of the lesser known heroes and villains.    I'll be tuning in for sure.

With Once Upon A Time and Once Upon A Time In Wonderland on the same network, I don't see this doing to well.
 
The only reason I have faith in this is because of Whedon. I've enjoyed everything he has done from Buffy on.

I would think the show steers clear of the movies by a wide margin as far as major events/characters. They will probably introduce a bunch of Marvel's second or third tier heroes/villains....limitless. I can definitely see it working.
 
I don't have much interest in S.H.I.E.L.D. or a tv show about it. I'll just finish up the second season of The Avengers on Netflix.
 
When did that agent guy even die?

I must have slept through it.

Was it when he gets that cards for captain america to sign?

Why would Nike Fury fake that to "motivate" the avengers?

I think each avenger is motivated enough, given the fact that they're a ....ing avenger.
 
About the humans in the superhero world? Really would rather see the heroes but whatever.

A different perspective is appreciated. The concept is better than half the jank that gets spit out on network tv anyways, and it's based on a universe that has already established itself in mainstream media.

Eh, I prefer to see mutants interacting with mutants for the most part, like Heroes. They do not need to have action every 5 minutes, there can still be a good story there but I guess I am less interested in a point of view of someone outside that mutant circle. I mean they can just add a cast or two to provide that PoV, I kind do not want a whole cast made up of humans. I just prefer something like Heroes or Smallville I guess.

I made it through every episode of Dollhouse, week after week. :lol: :smh:

I'll be watching this for sure.
