ESPN unveiled a digitized preview of what its new SportsCenter set will look like.

Next year, ESPN will open up its new "Digital Center II," which will cost more than $125 million to build, reports Those Guys Have All The Fun co-author Jim Miller. Looks pretty nice... and this was expected. With Fox Sports 1 and more competition looming they're finally pushed to upgrade everything (hopefully that means reporting quality as well).

The fact that a new ESPN studio setup gets national media coverage shows us just how high the mountain is for Fox Sports 1 and NBC Sports to climb.
 
They could have saved a lot of money and just put someone on a stage with a stick and a dead horse and just aired him beating the horse 24/7.
