Still split on whether i should cop the Sigma 10-20 or the Canon 10-22. Still want a wide angle and have heard great things about both lenses. Only thing idon't like on the Sigma is the quality control on there lenses. People on photo forums claim bad copies of them and i don't wanna deal with all that,have to ship it back etc. Canon is more expensive but has good QC and in general has the slight edge over the Sigma.

Thanks! I was thinking of PSing out the skiier, but what I liked so much about the photo was that eveything turned out perfectly on its own. The only thingI changed marginally was the contrast.

That, and I took it with my old P&S! Using an XSi now, but still learning how to get exactly what I want out of the camera.

I'm thinking of purchasing one of these cameras for when I go on vacation in May. I love how clear the shots come out.

Is there any specific things I should know about taking shots with this camera ? Yes im a newb.

My price range is around 4-500.

Is this a good deal ?

You could buy the newer model; XS for around the same price, brand new.

Just some testshots with the Ricoh GX200 that I just copped... I love the 1:1 ratio that this camera has to offer. No need for cropping and just maybe I cancut the pp totally once I get my head around what settings to use. Any comments?
