Haha.....yeah, I was there. Came out of my hole in my apartment and made my rounds to all the shops. It was such a nice day.....took some shots at Golden Gatepark but I forgot to change my ISO settings so I shot at like ISO 1000 and all of the photos came out grainy. I'll post them up later today.
Where did you see me at? I always kind of tune out when I am on my board and have the iPod going.....

^^^Haha! I need some test subjects really bad. I've been wanting to do some serious crazy glamour shots but I think I need to read up on it some more. Dopepics though.......
Here are my photos over the weekend. I had a hard time shooting for some reason (and I was skating a lot). They are just whatever shots. If you ever are inGolden Gate Park on a nice day, it is like paparazzi city out there. Seen everything from Nikon D40s to Mark 2s to Sony Alphas and a gang load of Canon G10s.

No worries man. The "D5000" wont compete with the D90, nor replace it. It's not even on the same level. By the way, if it does endup being called "D5000" which is only a rumor right now, I'd be dissapointed. I find that name stupid. Looking forward to it though.

i like kenrockwell. he has some good pointers and articles. but he does contradict himself a lot. ie, he was saying film is the way to go and heflips back and forth between digital and film. he also loved the D80 when it first came out. now he says that it is a waste of money.Originally Posted by FlyingEMU05

i use him as a point of reference for a lot of things, but do my in depth research thru other forums or customer reviews.

Looking through my old photos on my computer, I decided to open up photoshop and re-edit some of them. I'm prettypleased as to what I've learned through the couple of years I've been into photography. White balance, exposure, color, etc. I'm definitely goingto go back and edit a lot of my old shots when i'm bored. Here's a sample.
