Anyways, NICE ...

Kick .. I dont think those settings are good for a moon shoot .. like I mentioned before start with f/11 iso 100 @ 1/100 and work yourself from there

Santi - I co-sign with dudes angles .. 1 and 3 are cool the others arent to my taste .. but if he likes them .. then its cool I guess

JPay I didnt know you was in DC .. we could of have met up and I could of have done my shoot .. lol

Just kidding LOL Anyways, yea I'm actually in Maryland (but about ajog away from DC) and we def. could have met up BUT the figure (which needs a NAME) is in NY now and then its my understanding leaving to Cali.

But Rikan, I honestly don't know where you at/from because I see you post pictures from everywhere from NY-Bmore-DC... but all jokes aside if you ever wantto get up to do some shooting, I'm down for it (just PM)... MATTER OF FACT, I welcome any DC/MD/VA shooters to set-up a meet-up to do some shooting (ifya'll not too cool for school). I honestly would be really interested to sit in and watch (/help) when you do model shoots (no beast mode), just somethingI haven't had a chance to do. We can even combine our equipment to get an even iLLer shot (although I'm limited over here, but I do have an umbrella, stand, D90, SB600, lens).

Matter of fact as I list the equipment, it reminds me... I'm looking to purchase this Ray Flash does anyone have one, any expierence or review on it (this particular adapter)?

And... Yea, Nice pick-up bana, looking forward to do see your work (pictures and maybe shorts) in the future. Ditto, on second comment, nice pictures Lavanbut I just wanted straighten them.

Since this is the photograph thread, take this...

As always feel free to check out the flickr.

Damn, it's been a minute! Not having internet sucks.

Anyways, I'm completely down for getting the figure, but I either need to get it within the next month or in late August. We should see how long we cankeep this going.

I wish I had something to post, but not right now. Maybe later I will.

Any full-frame Nikon shooters here? I'm looking to upgrade, but I figure if I'm going to I'm just gonna make the big jump to full frame. The D700is cheaper, but I love the D3. I carry my lenses and flash with me everywhere so I'm not worried about only having the hotshoe.

^ That shot is amazing. The light trail at the top right corner and the yellow lines on the bottom left corner just set it off so perfectly. It just holds yourhand all the way through the shot. Very dope, Quick.

Hey DJ I will be joining you soon .. Not very happy but nevertheless it will happen.

So I had order a 5DII for $2166.00 after a good rebate, it was out of stock so I had to wait for re-replenishment. After a month I said screw it I'm happywith the 5D so I'm going to cancel .. I guess the order was never cancel and I just received two emails .. one for a charge and the other one for shipment... it will take about 2-3 weeks to get here ..

Anyways, at least I paid less than retail for it I guess ....

hahaa not at all. 25600 iso is insane!!! its actually granier, but not as noisy (like the lines of noise), if you know what i mean? its superfresh. i can shoot at 3200 with NOOOO noise. my god, 5dII.. you are king.

Rikan- where the heck did you find the body for so cheap?!

I bought it in a Military store and they had a special going for about 5-20% off cant remember .. So I placed the order ..

You know i have my 5D and I dont know how to lower the ISO below 100 or higher than 1600 .. lol .. probably will be the same with the 5DII .. now I will havetwo bodies .. yay!!!

Might just trade one and see about getting me a 1Ds or something ...

He just showing off! specially cause I asked him to work on a model shoot. :-D J/K really nice image though, colors, the model expression, hands, dress, winds,clouds... everything looks nice... very "peaceful".... almost looks like she is "floating"... like she is welcoming us to"serenity". If I had to get nitty picky and complain, it would be that shadow under her neck, make her face look photoshop (dunno if I'm the onlyone that sees it) but again I'm no expert so don't mind me.

JPayCheck you aren't the only one .. I was complaining about that too .. lol

Fong the entire thing looks surreal to me aswell .. I hope ya don't think that this came from my camera like that .. LoL

Sow wait...is she photoshopped in that background? The whole way I can really notice some PS is where the feet go into the grass. They just like disappear.
