Correct me if I'm wrong, but the Anstruther Fish Bar / chippy is nearly directly behind this, right. That place makes a mean fish and chips. Second best in the UK allegedly.

[solistik]nice nice pics like always. also noticed we have the same cam, is that the same one you use for all your pics or another one?

Beautiful photo, even with the noise. Though I personally would have
cropped it down a bit from the top. But I love night photos near the water.
The reflection is absolutely gorgeous.

Love this photo for the same reason. Good job!

Most of my older shots were taking with a Sony DSC-F707 (a select few
with a Canon SD400), but all of my newer shots are taking with a Canon
Rebel XT.

Oh okay. how would u rate the dsc-f707 compared to the rebel xt in weight/size and performance?

Thanks for the kind words!

I'll try to upload some more later.

^^^ Yeah, 2nd photo is way good... I don't know if I would shoot it the same composition wise, but I don't think there is legit criticism off the top of my head... If anything maybe less sky, but def, one of the better photos in this post of late, imo...

1st photo, never been sold on the idea weird angles adding interest. also classic digital b/w in that its middle tone heavy. strikes me as an excellent subject, very like florida or socal classic, but composed on some newage myspace tip... I don't know maybe other people like shots like that but no one I know. If you have to tilt your neck to really get the photo, I think most photographers would agree there is a problem...

But 2nd pic def way good, makes up for the 1st by a mile...

I swear if you just did that by accident and don't have clue who Kenneth Josephson, do me a solid and just lie to me, it shows the hours i've spent on Niketalk dropping knowledge when I should be spotting prints is paying off somehow...

^ would say the horizon should be horizontal (maybe not perfectly if thats your move but still more horizontal then 45 degree angle)... that and stick your lense out the window next time or use the masking brush in photoshop and get rid of the reflect parts of inside of the car from the sky.

^ I would agree - something so tall like those trees draws your eyes - and the first thing I do when I look at that is tilt my head - with the road going into the distance you could still have an interesting shape.

Agree with the reflections bit too.
