Jordan XI 1996 OG RED/White Red Toe Home LEGIT? Seem to be. SUPER RARE? Help Me Out.

Ok.  I need some super expert advice.  I know a bit about telling legit from fake but I am thinking of selling these (not on here obv) and I bought them used so I am not 100% of their authenticity, so I need to know.  They don't have the standard size tag so I don't have any number info or year etc.  All of the small details seem good.  The red toe was coming apart from the white which I hear can be from time.  They have the chrome stamped Jumpman.  They are missing the OG insole.  Everything seems to be in the right place.  They don't have the 23 on the back (I think I have seen some without).  The material seems legit, especially the soles. The "J" on "jumpman" on the tongue looks a little weird (looks more like "UUMPMAN") but I am the farthest thing from a Jordan expert so pleeeeeease help a guy out.  I have seen similar colorways to these on some of those seemingly fake websites like (buycheapjordanshoes983892.com) or whatever but they don't have the checker bottom and they aren't exact.  I am hoping,  obviously, that these are soe rare OG Home colorway.

Not sure what I did that is spamming.  Obviously I am new to the site and thought that this was where to go to get some information.
 
I was just showing an example of why I don't know if these are legit with all of the FAKE sites floating around selling FAKE Jordans.  I say it right in the post.
 
What makes them fake. Just wondering. Besides the color ways that is.

for starters where is the 23 print on the back of thes shoe. and the carbon fiber plate is offfff. the jordan label is suppouse to be on the 3 loop ur is on the fourth. red sole, no go it was suppouse to be clear sole. the tag inside the tongue is stiched slanted and lowwww. THUMBS UP

Will, they're not rare, they're atrocious fakes:
-the carbon fiber is plastic, and the checkered pattern is painted on
-This colorway doesn't exist in mid top form.

Like Rob said, there were only 3 mid top and 2 low top colorways that officially released in 95-96:
-Black and True Red
-Concords
-Columbias (All-Stars)
-Cobalt I.E. lows
-Black and Red/Grey I.E. lows
*No, I'm not going to count the Space Jams

And the paint is chipping

OG space jams didnt drop till 2000 there for they were not an orig 95-96 colorway. ONLY Bred, Concord, Columbia dropped 95-96

But yea homie thought he had a million bucks with these super rare jays! hahaha

then they were a PE for the movie or something cuz the movie came out in 96 and he was wearin them, but yeah no GR

space jams EXISITED in da OG run of XI's there for they ARE a OG colorway...doesn't matter if they originally weren't publicly available.

I beg to differ.. it was a PE and used in the movie.. I mean If they didnt release how can they be an orig colorway?? but even more to that the Jams you speak of were black and concord colored.. but for the general release they changed them to the darker blue bc thats how they looked on tv to the masses and they added the jumpman jam tongue tag! so there for SJs were not an OG colorway IMO.
 
Now we're splitting hairs, The Space Jam XI is an OG CW, everyone associates them with the original release and they were an integral part in promoting the original shoe and released colorways.
