ive been into runners now from other brands, i can't deal w the quality Nike is bringing out now and with prices like that. just look at the new air max 1s and that toe box shape

 there Nikes!!! My expectation for mass produced products from a sweatshop isnt high and mine will be worn then disposed of... You assume that every shoe Nike produces in a given era is suppose to be superior to another.. Its a numbers game most shoes have a margin of errors or manufacturing flaws... Also I had the 08 pair that you hold with such high regards it was just another shoe to me made from similar cheap*** materials,  yea color may have been off a few points but chemicals change on a yearly basic so to have the same expectation every time a shoe is reproduce is unrealistic... 

Only a kid or clown would cry over $20 shoes... which one are you???

ijs. Take a pair of $160 Nikes and place them along side a pair of $160 new balances. Your nt getting what you paid for

I had two pair of BR NBs, Fieg NBs , Concept NBs all released in the last quarter and seen flaws as well... If you think your getting a "quality" product for 160 then its really no point to debate... You probably think NB are made in america too

9 times out of 10 those NBs are going to kill the quality on nikes (but lacking in style, for most people)

I'm sure most of you already knew that though

There might be little flaws here and there but at the end of the day those companies are using finer leather and real suede and not every other shoe they put out is made of crap material and synthetic leather. And YES NB IS made in the USA lol. But of course they have asian factories and that is where you see most of the flaws coming from

To be honest my 08 pair is/was horrible. Still waiting on my pair. But from what I've seen here the 14 look far better shape & quality wise.

I think you validated my point... Every brand has flaws

To compare NB production numbers to Nike is laughable so QC is going to be better and material build as well

While some NBs are "assembled" in the US most arent made here but this is a ATC thread not a Nike vs NB debate lets not derail this thread any longer.. You seem to be fine with NBs and Im good with my Lavas
