I’m not questioning the dude in the photo but concepts was started in 96 in Cambridge so how credible is this dude‘s post?

It's the owner of Concepts, but not actually in Concepts.

… I’m questioning the credibility of whoever runs that IG account since the post exhibits multiple inaccuracies.. and no one in the comments is saying anything about it… 1991 in Boston? He’s not even close.

That's obvious.But what are the multiple inaccuracies? Only one I see is the post insinuating the picture was possibly taken at "Concepts"....however, as the picture is the owner of Concepts...he's half correct. Maybe the post was intended to mean..."Tarek aka Concepts, taken in 1991."
The photo is of Tarek, the owner of Concepts. Tarek is from Boston. The pic was factually taken in 1991 per the shoes on the wall. It was most likely taken in Boston. It's very close actually.

Concepts was not around in 1991.. and when it started it wasn’t in Boston like it is now. I’m guessing a lot of people assume it’s always been in Boston.
