Might as well contribute....2008 Was a good year for the ATC. Hybrid samples, 08 Lavas etc. Enjoy. P.S. Should of grabbed a hybrid windbreaker back then or a lava splat windbreaker.

You know, I understand that you want to be credited on your photos. We expect citations from news, media and blog sites, but the reality of the Internet is that many won't do so. And to be fair to @Deesen (who was quite complimentary on the PS), I don't think he knew where the original came from.
Having said that, I think the best way to protect your work is to (like a few others have said) add a watermark.
Take Joe's photo, for example. After he posted it, I resized, brightened & sharpened it just so everyone could get a better look at the shoe. As I felt that some other sites would also repost his pic (likely without acknowledging him), I took the liberty of adding his name on the photo just to make sure people knew it was his.
I think it's best you cite Agassi's Instagram as the source of those 2 pics...

If I were Agassi I would be calling my lawyers ready to sue for serious copyright infringement for posting those photos to Facebook without citation of my Instagram page.

No but it never made sense to me. Besides the only shoes that will really retain financial value will be the slams. Just don't see what's enjoyable about leaving shoes in a box. To me the true value is wearing them.

If someone enjoys collecting and not wearing their kicks then let them do what they enjoy. Not sure what retaining financial value has to do with people who enjoy collecting and not wearing sneakers. If they were hoping they retained financial value, then they aren't a collector but a reseller.
The keywords in your statement are "to me." People are individuals and not everyone thinks the same. I wear my sneakers and I also do not care what someone else does with their own. What doesn't make sense to you may make a lot of sense to someone else.

To each their own for sure but I think most would agree leaving shoes in a box is stupid only to see them eventually disintegrate.

If you store them improperly and they are made poorly I guess maybe? I see plenty of very old sneakers that have not disintegrated (although wearing them if never worn before may not always be wise but this doesn't matter if you collect instead of wear them as we are discussing). There are even wearable ones and a good example would be the OG shaq 4's someone found at a thrift store that was posted on NT in the past couple of days. They are in amazing condition I suggest you check them out in that thread if you haven't.

I can tell you that my og air tech challenges, flares, etc. have all pretty much crumbled. You can go to a Jordan thread and see plenty of pairs stored at perfect temperature and crumbled.

Oh so mine were in the minority ok lol. You would be hard pressed to find the majority of og atc's without cracking in the midsole at the very least.
