this is my 2nd time to post in nike talk and i want to Thank NTers airmaxdisciple who posted the link to SNS got lucky today. I got a sz 10 on the aus open and also got sz 10 on the lava from sole boutique. got both order confirmations on it too, will post pictures when i get both shoes.

One disappointing thing about this shoe is the price point for GS sizes. On most shoes anything below a 8 is a lower cost, I was a little confused as to why there was just one price.

Ha that replica was just awful. I still have no idea why Nike didn't just make it like the go when he wore it as a tribute. I have that black lava shirt brand new, one of my grails. I hope Nike starts bringing back all of his old gear.

They couldn't with Sampras, he wasn't very marketable and wore the same kicks for years upon years refusing to change.

All the current stars are foreigners, they won't push kicks.

And there has been a shift in tennis shoes. There have lil to no casual appeal now

Also the current pros don't have the look at personality like Andre had. They had to create the ballistec line which incorporated some inspiration from Andre's old shoes.

I have been on TT for 5 years this spring, and I swear it just continues to get worse. I just stay out of the General Pro Discussion. I like the clothing discussion but with Nike's long standing prohibition of posting catalog images, it's a lot less interesting.
