IMO you posted way too much info from your bros store with the email from nike and now basically you've identified him and his store with the phone #, and he's selling them early. They probably don't mind the early sale too much but I doubt they want to see stuff like that email posted. They might worry about future leaks etc.
Hopefully nothing happens tho I know you were trying to help people out.

No no no. Nike does not care about shoes like this being sold before it's release date believe me I know. Cut it out dude did a good thing for his bro and the people in here that want em.

LOL c'mon man, there's absolutely nothing of consequence in that email. It's a release date, a description, and nothing more. His store and # are all over this site in threads helping folks out. I wouldn't post this stuff without his consent. And it's not like he sold early to those weirdo calls. If you called today, you got told no. End of story. In the end, this is really no different than a preorder. At the earliest, folks will get these ON release date. Not like we're leaking super secret Jordan/Kobe/Lebron pics or anything. But there's also a lot of salty people out there who do report accounts for early drops.
