Footaction is hit or miss ... its sister/brother companies FTL CH and Eastbay are also hit or miss.

I think they got lazy with cubes. Personally its been rare for any of them to not double box for me but its just chance really because you never know what youll get. Personally I usually get double box from all of them unless i ordered the shoes with heavy discount or something.

Finishline double boxes all the time no worries there. Just be prepared for a boxed plastered with finishline all over it sitting at your porch (if you get deliveries to the house)

So, after holding out, on Sunday I finally pulled the trigger on some Quats using my FTA birthday coupon, just arrived today, in a bag! box beat to SHT, kicks scuffed up!

Sending sneakers in a bag is completely wrong! when will they learn?

Now i am going to walk over to FTA and exchange them for a clean pair in store

Footaction will bag them unless it's some sort of hyped release. All of us who ordered the Cubes from them received them in bags.

Yup, I believe (from personal experience) they bag all their shoes except their "premium" releases, Jordan's, KDs, Kobe's etc etc

the guy at the register was a bit confused once he saw that i was exchanging an 11 for another 11, explained that the box was toasted and the kicks were scuffed, he walked over to talk to his manager and the manager told him "whatever, its ok"

so that worked, last time i'll buy from FTA online...
