They were slated for a July release date until Nike decided to do QS release this month. As J mentioned earlier in the thread, his brother had a order placed for the July release date. So there's a chance that they will release again in July.

The thirst is crazy I never knew there were so many fans of the shoe
There were always fans but not beasting like they are now. Where were all these dudes 6 years ago when they were on sale at 39.99? Don't get me wrong, its my all time favorite shoe so I'm glad its getting the attention it deserves but its mainly because of the Yeezy 2 and that shouldn't be the reason. A lot of individuals beasting on them now are probably the same dudes trolling on them when true fans of the shoe were petitioning for a retro. Hype train is full steam ahead.

The Black/White colorway of the Air Flare also came out in 1995. I bought them from Athlete's Foot in Houston.

The Air Flares have to be one of the most comfortable shoes of all time. The second retro of them didn't have the "A" logo on the tongue. I hope they bring it back again but still have my pair.

I'm not gonna bull**** anyone .. I never knew about this shoe until I saw @Riverdale Road post a if of his Lavas on IG a few months ago and I loved them at first sight. I NEVER correlated these with the. Yeezy 2s until I came to this thread and y'all pointed it out pages back. Does that make me a hypebeast? If some of you think then w/e Idc so be it but I could care less what the next man thinks of me. I'm going after what I like .. Am I a fan of this shoe, I am now but nope not way back when they went on sale or when the released how many ever times. You can't categorize someone for being new to a shoe though cuz at some point everyone is new and gets turned on to something new. My only connection to anything tennis related is watching it on tv when it comes on
If one is comparing or calling them Yeezy then that's one thing.
Anyway .. Come Friday I'll be on it to grab a pair of lavas and hopefully they release some more cways

My pair came.. Leather is decent however my pair had midsole paint issues, other words sloppy.. Splatter onto the air unit as well.. Nothing I can't clean up but still glad I finally have a pair to wear!

Those blogs (as helpful as they may be at times) are most definitely the spoon stirring the hype pot. I hope these are a fairly easy get, but I'm preparing as if they won't be.
