We've spoke about this before. That would be the ideal, but I reckon they'll ride out the Flare and III wave, and then just as people are losing interest in the Challenge Court line, they'll drop the IV's to get everyone back on board.

Yes, of course... and that makes the most sense.  Hell, I've waited this long... 

It's a shame that the IV's (if they do retro) will probably generate a lot of interest... makes our lives a lot harder...

You lost interest in tennis because of a shoe he wore? Wow. That shoe is one of the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn, on top of that he won the US Open in them. They can't make enough of them for me.
 

Haha no, sorry, poor choice of words on my site. Not because of the shoe, decrease in interest and Agassi wearing the Flares just happened to coincide which is why this shoe doesn`t mean as much to me as the ATC II, which I wanted to have so badly but couldn`t afford as a kid.

It's pretty much a given that the II was the pinnacle of Agassi's shoes. They had a huge cultural impact as well as being an incredible performance shoe. The subsequent models tried to replicate that impact, but were never able to pull as many sales. You have to remember that the II is closely related to the Jordan IV, which helped it immensely as a street shoe.

Agree with that. I can't see the other models having mass appeal outside us enthusiasts. I think they will continue to flog the 2 both for the Yee and J4 reasons and we will see all whites all blacks and ids somewhere down the road. I can't imagine walking into size? and seeing Flares on the shelf like I can now with multiple 2 CWs

I really hope the IIIs are next I'm not a huge fan of Flares although this woulda been a hell of a time right now to retro them given its the 20 year anniversary of his first US Open victory.... what I think we would all enjoy is a retro of the challenge court clothing to go with our shoes

Has there even been any rumors and/or confirmation that there will be an ATC2 AO2?  It makes no sense, IMO.

No, it is the other way around. The rumor is that the USO2 is the last ATC2 SP. Imo there will be no more SP ATC2... at least in the near future.

Yeah, that was what I was thinking too.  Makes absolutely no sense to have a second round of SP's on the same shoe.
