or do you guys do the double up, 1 to rock, and 1 to keep "on ice" method (which to me means you'll eventually rock that minty "on ice" pair after your initial pair gets beat down too much and gets retired)?

again, this is just for my own curiosity's sake. just trying to understand the minds of some of my fellow sneakerheads...

I dunno that's just always been my thing one to stock and one to rock. Did it for my ATC hybrids back in 08 to..i bought one to rock then luckily found a sample pair in the outlets for $40 and kept that on ice. I bought two pairs back in 08 one to stock and one to rock...no hype whatsoever on these back then...Grew up watching the guy on tv cuz my dad and uncles played tennis...but when i get my pair next from footaction ima do a clear comparison pic between the 08's and 14's.

Shoes are consumable product meant to worn no matter what FC tells you the value is.. The only stock I have is in my portfolio once Im done with them its donated to goodwell or local boy club... There will always be a new " it" shoe and ebay is perfect for finding classics 
 
Honestly surprised these sold out..

In 2008 these were so easy to cop..and they even hit sales racks..:lol:
 
I just love wearing shoes like these and the white/neon yellow twilight pumps...brings me back to being a little kid. The 90's had started but the 80's were still holding on

No store or online botique has these. NikeStore.com & FinishLine were gone before 8 A.M. Probably more so because it was a QS.

I was UN-DS my incoming Lava pair. Are you guys 100% sure ATC2's will re-release in July? If not I might double up now. If so, I'll double up in July.
 
the story was that the lava colorway was supposed to release spring/summer in the US - separate release from last week's international release...
but then the US release was pushed up to coincide with da international...
yet the question of the original US summer release date has not been closed per a thread insider (or what you could call a US re-release)

Tart was like a stealth release here downunder.. only found out hours from opening that the store had them.. Awesome being able to get a pair of shoes with no hype and only real sneaker lovers for these getting them.. :smile:

Here more amateur shots.. Quality is awesome on these.. leather feels like leather (unlike '08 joints) and toebox fixed properly this time around!.. Welcome back Agassi!! (with McEnroe colours.. haha)

I'm out here struggling trying to find 1 (ONE) pair of size 13's and fools in here really taking pairs away from people who wanna wear em, wasting real life gas, time, effort, energy, body heat for FIFTEEN dollars of profit bruh

***** can barely order a large pizza with that bruh

***** got to split the bill with their girl at Applebee's on the 2 For 20 with that bruh
