They'd blatantly use the II sole unit complete with visible air if they did retro the ATC anyway. Just like how they ruined the Air Assault with the Air Revolution sole unit.

Pretty sure Moderators can see edit history, but such immature behavior should be grounds for a ban regardless if he changes the comment or not.
 
Well looks like I am about to pull the trigger on the Air Tech Challenge 2 Aussies for $315, what do you guys think about that price?

Perhaps Nike shrunk the unit on the Hua's to match up with the OG, which also had a smaller air unit compared to the II, III and IV before it.

They might still go back to the larger unit if they re-retro the III's and retro the IV's because of that.

That's interesting... now that you mention it, I can't think of any OG Huaraches with visible air bags... other than the Challenge Huaraches of course.

Challenge Hua is the only model. I don't count later ones as Hua's. Whilst the Challenge Future employs an inner-sock, it doesn't have "Huarache" in its name or utilise the circular badge. I deffo think they reduced the size of the bubble on the retro in order to match up with the OG now.

Dang, unfortunate how that pair turned out. Definitely shouldn't have been sold at retail. 

My pair was supposed to get to me today but that ain't happening thanks to this snowstorm. At least my classes were cancelled.

Definitely gonna inspect my pair once I have them in hand though. Never had any QC issues with Nike in the past; I hope it doesn't start now.

stop lying to yourselves to make yourself feel better....these came out terrible quality wise...nike will keep making crappy shoes because of people who shrug off the quality and want whats hot at the moment. If you put these right next to an 08 pair you would probably cry.
