This is the issue with any phone order takin while the store is open but I think they also allow you to dm them your info on twt as well to place an order

Yup i forgot about that option. They do that as well. I dnt even think u have to DM them, once they tweet that theyre available or the store is open just reply to their tweet with your paypal email address what shoe and your size. Just be ready to pay asap they dont hold it long (which is understable)

Not bad. NDC would be $120 plus sales tax rate that applies for you if it applies for you at all. For me, NDC would be about $130 shipped.
