The Flare sole is very similar in design to the Future, but the Futures have a slightly lower forefoot outsole (outstep?? not sure what you call it), and from what I remember, the exposed midsole on the bottom was changed slightly. Both very light adjustments between 1993 and 1994, adjustments nonetheless, but I'd be happy with the current Flare Retro sole being used. I'm sure they' would screw up colors to no end because the OGs are boring (even to me, and this was my favorite model because of the different tech features).
