Um, no they didn't. You can go to the major retail sites and purchase your size right now. FSR's everywhere.
It looks like the Lava madness is slated to release the 22nd or 27th of this month.
EDIT: Wait, if Lava's are dropping in the fall of 14', then how do eBayers already have pairs?!
I don't mind Lavas dropping in several months. I can save up for two purrrrs

When I posted this, I checked inventory on footlocker, champs, etc and it showed only 7's and 8's left. Now it's almost showng an fsr.

in like 09 - with the white/red air max 1 - didn't nike have a full international release...and then a full usa release like 6 months later? but they had different production date ranges...but nike hoards for re-release now...the waiting game...

Nice Alarms! I had those for my senior year of varsity tennis, and ended up with the most compliments about them, loved the full length air, though I never liked the fit. Pretty hard midsole foam too, but apparently that helps keep them wearable for 18 years... The suede instep with the upgraded flaming ball logo was my favorite part

I think they did that with the sport blue. I don't remember the red pair having a wider release after the summer, they did pop up in a lot of outlets though. The sport blue didn't come out in the US until the following February if I remember right.

I think we can expect LWPs and maybe Alarms at some point in the next few years.
What I'm also hoping for are some shirt and track suit retros. I think Agassi's Nike clothing legacy is almost as important as his shoes.
But there's been no sign of anything to match the Huraches, and there wasn't much in '08 to go with the lavas, so I guess I shouldn't hold my breath.

View media item 740614 Had to break these out after seeing Alarms... Here are my Futures. I had been searching for an NDS pair of size 11 for about 13 years after my original pair finally wore out. I probably wouldn't wear a DS pair, but these must have been worn a few times and stored in a dry place, because besides the flat air soles, they are completely wearable. Found these last year for about $30!! Gotta love these kind of sleepers on eBay! This model was my favorite, not only because they had all my favorite technology from the era (huarache upper, visible air, inner bootie, AND the Velcro strap, but also since they were my first Agassis that I bought with my own money, the summer before my sophomore year.

LWPs are definitely wearable (I had a couple pairs up until a few years ago), but if you get a black pair, the suede tips of the "fingers" up each side wears through to the white stuffing pretty quick, and looks bad. Better off with one of the white pairs if you plan on wearing them. Otherwise, I sure hope they get the retro right
