There are two issues. One, is it an honest mistake. Two, is it your fault?

In your case, I'm sure it was an honest mistake. Doesn't mean you get a do-over though. Dude was nice enough to give you one; that's great.

In this guy's case, we're saying that circumstantial evidence strongly points toward it not being an honest mistake at all.

Sorry for carrying this on - I'll chill now. ...Just can't stand people who renege on transactions, from either side.

To anyone who has the new lavas: I have a pair of 2008 hot lavas I never wore. Bought them from FNL back then for $50. So far this year I have 1 clay blue and 2 turbo green. Is it worth buying the 2014 hot lava from ebay or should I just be happy I have the 08s?

Be happy owning the 2008 lavas, you may be disappointed by the 2014 dull color, far from og. Read there nike may release lava again during the year, no need to rush.

The general consensus is that the '14s are so much better in quality that the dull colors are forgivable. People are really only complaining about the gray being the modern Cement Grey instead of the old Tech Grey (which is what they call that shade now)

Nah all the panels and area with the pattern are actually exactly semmetrical just the checkerboard print goes a little higher than the other shoe. Not too noticeable. Lovin these tho. Mine also came with an extra card for anyone that wants it

I'm missing a few

I have the same pairs - although my Turbos came in from FinishLine last Saturday and I had to bring them back for an exchange.  The whole left shoe was crooked to the point that it actually hurt when I tried it on.  They also looked like they had already been worn - dirt on the sole, missing the paper and hangtag, not to mention the box came looking like an Ace Ventura special delivery...  Good thing they still have pairs they can order, hopefully the replacements are better quality.

Got my turbos in last week.....I did notice a few things were off.  They also seem a bit wider than my Lavas....but overall I am satisfied with them.  ..very comfy.  Waiting on an RD for the Royals.

i heard if you count the individual infrared blocks in each panel - they may not come out exactly equal !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
