I see the right shoe "flaw" maybe .5 mm of paint missing no one will notice that 

I must need new glasses cuz the left shoe looks fine to me

Its not a paint issue more a misalignment of the sole

To me isnt not that serious, but its not my money its his money.... I mean it could be worse we could be living in a 3rd world country using, old 2 liter bottles for shoes...

yea i know there not your but I meant in general... when you first open the box do you guys jump right in looking for flaws??? 
 
i give it a quick look and then  try them on, but i would've missed something like that at first look

In my case it was just noticeable once I put the shoe on and looked down. Upon further inspection I then noticed the sole was off and caused the show to look crooked.

As long as the shoes doesnt have creases and is still factory laced im good, my pair of clays i got from district had dirt on the sockliner and laces.. I didnt trip because i wasnt going to ship them back to cali, besides i had another from unheardof that was on point.. But i dont got over them with the hubble telescope
 
love me some ATC II threw them bad boys on my feat instantly, I should double up on every color way cause I wear em so often, extra comfortable and stylish, surprised I've been able to go 2 for 2 in my size

I feel you homie... I was just thinking i rarely inspect my shoes other than the to make sure the size is right.. got a 10.5 and 10 once i the same box
