i caved in & bought a pair of lavas for 180 shipped. I missed out on NDC when they dropped, and ive wanted this shoe for a few years now. Can't wait to get my pair in.

I just wish I didn't sleep back in 2008 when they were going for $30-60 in a lot of places.

We're playing roles now. that makes sense, especially when we can't easily cop shoes days after release. The role we play is giving our money to Nike. We can't even do that most of the time. Begging to give them my moneys, but nope, they dont want it. So i give it to a reseller because I dont have time to play this role he speaks up.

he said that because these shoes were considerably easy to get since they came out at B&M shops.

in release threads, the best thing to do is save links and follow those stores twitter pages so, in future, you'll know when in where to get them.

i went half size up, on purpose, and I'm very happy. I dont think i have tremendously wide feet, but i feel my foot would have been uncomfortable TTS. I may cop a TTS pair for the pair i plan on playing in, but for everyday use, .5 size up was great for me.

Woo. I just lucked out on a £45 pair of DS Reebok Court Victory Pump. Been after those for ages. I've always considered them the ATCII rival shoe.

My role in the "sneaker game" is that I enjoy collecting and wearing shoes, especially the ones from when I was younger. Even more so when they're signature shoes for the athletes I idolized at the time. Before Jordan won a championship, Agassi was prolly just as big of a star. I know he was for me. He was my favorite athlete growing up. I played a lot of tennis growing up and still do a few times a year.

All you new cats are all about the hype and whatever is the latest greatest thing. For people like me who actually grew up when these shoes first came out, there's some actual real significance to shoes like this. They bring back real memories of experiences we actually lived through, not just some clip you've seen on YouTube.

If you like the shoe, fine buy it for yourself and enjoy it. But don't buy it just to post on Instagram and say COPPED or to resale and make a $20 profit. And don't brag about how it was an easy cop. Any release is an easy cop if you're lucky enough to get through online right away or you live in a big city that has multiple boutiques and chain stores.

Bottom line is just focus on the shoe and what it means to you. Stop focusing on making it a competition. What this thread needs is more posts from guys like Sinner P and TrethousandGT and less of the "easy cop, these are/aren't limited, these were $40 last time etc."

End of rant. I'm sure some people will tell me I'm salty. I got my pairs. I don't post much because I get tired of how most NT threads devolve into the same B S. Enjoy the shoes and appreciate the athlete who inspired them.

These were some of the easiest shoes to cop this year. If you didn't have success getting these than the it's time to rethink your role in the sneaker game or start adapting. 

Online it was the same as any other TLO release. For most of us that means damn near impossible. However if you had a local retailer selling these it was a pretty easy cop. Unfortunately many heads who wanted these didnt have that luxury or the info prior to release that would have made copping possible.

Is this for real? So are you sure they are coming in the summer?
Yeah in this thread it seems to be a mix. Eblens and Expressions didn't get these so you know these are limited. NT is just full of the best sneakerheads in the US so they are bound to get any sneaker however possible.

Most inaccurate post I've read in a while. These were QS's. They were very diffucult to get online for retail and a little hard to get at store. Only good thing is alot of people don't know too much about the ATC2 background so that kept a couple of hypebeasts at home and sleeping in.

5 seconds? They were available yesterday 10 minutes after someone posted a link. 

Not true at all. NikeStore and FootAction were SOLDOUT before 8AM.

Retire your life. It's NOT that serious nor should it be a crazy hassle to buy shoes. Think about who or why you buying shoes for.
