i had the same problem with my fo order, so i emailed them and they gave me a fed ex tracking number... you should just emai them and tell them that  the mrw tracking is not working and they  should send you a working tracking number

Here's how I tracked my Sivas order. Go to the Fed Ex tracking page and choose to track by reference number. Use your MRW delivery number and insert your destination country and zip code.
