But you can find them. On ebay or taobao or any number of shady sites. You can find them in FSRs long after they sell out of legit spots and at or close to retail. Try finding a US Open 1 or a Wimbledon 1. Cannot be done.

FWIW, Footaction has sizes 14 and 15 of the Hot Lavas. The only site I've seen with those sizes.

These still only dropped at Tier Zero accounts so they are still nowhere near GR status. I'm referring mostly to the FO and WIMBY 2. The USO2, on the other hand, were definitely easier to obtain here in the US especially in NY where they seem to be readily available.
