That i know... but for me these are just still sp's because it is printed on the box, nothing else. I like the shoes regardless... but it is weird to me.

In terms of the Grand Slam pairs, the Wimbledons and US Opens have each seen two pairs released. People refer to them as Wimby 1 and Wimby 2 and USO1 and USO2.
Aussies and Frenchies have only had 1 release.
Therefore you saying Australian Open II doesn't make sense because there is no 2nd pair yet. And the ATC II is the only model that has seen an Aussie release, so the II was unnecessary.
