If the total is $200 or greater, then high likelihood of yes.  Especially if it ships via Fed Ex, UPS or DHL.  Might avoid fees if the final delivery agent is USPS.

I lost this week. Been in the middle of nowhere for the past 3 days. Seen everybody ate and I'm out here Starving B. Are they all gone everywhere or is there still enough time on the clock to get a quick shot up at the buzzer?
 
Apologies if this was already mentioned or confirmed. Do we know which color of the blackouts will release or will both drop?

It isn't which color. They're two different shoes. The "blackout" with the black sole is part of a blackout pack. The black/navy suede is part of the suede pack. The suede is for sure releasing early next month. There's a link on the last page I think. The all black should be coming later.

Looks like OTH ships via Fed Ex.  My W2 order from Sivas was around $260 and I got hit with a $25 customs bill from Fed Ex.

You should ask OTH to ship the two orders separately since each is below $200. Or did they give you a discount for combined shipping?

Got charged shipping 2x! I will call them. If they charge me 2x for shipping, they should ship it searately.
