🎾 OFFICIAL AGASSI RETRO THREAD - ATC II 2024 Hot Lava “aged” retro 🎾

Just curious, I went to districts site .. Didn't see these not here. Or is phone order?

These are without a doubt one of my favorite models of all time. When they first retroed in 2008 I stocked up on as many pairs as I could get my hands on.  Not pictured are two pairs of lavas that I absolutely ran into the ground.  I never thought these would retro again, considering it took so long for them to see the light of day again in the first place.  That being said, I'm extremely happy to see the increased amount of enthusiasm for not only the ATC line, but also Agassi coming home to Nike.  If you look at the pair of lavas on the top step compared to the pair of lavas on the middle step, you can see exactly how toned down the lava color is on the latest retro compared to the 2008.  I think most people agree that the duller color is par for the course considering the shape has DRASTICALLY improved on the latest retros. I'll take some detailed comparison pics of both the lavas and the clay/tart (burst) pairs when my 2014 orange bursts arrive.  I also have an OG pair of the white/royal blue/infrareds that I'll try and dig up and take pics next time I visit my parents.  
 
@green rhino123  Those absolutely need to come out again.  If only Nike would dig a little deeper into their vault, there's so many awesome models/colorways from the Agassi line that have yet to see a retro.  I don't think they realize how much of a demand there is for well executed and accurate retros.
 
So what socks do u guys rock with ATC IIs, and if you have a good suggestion I'd really appreciate a link. Thanks so much fam!!!
 
Cannot wait until the blue clays atc II drop this coming saturday. i hope i can cop em, I missed out the hot lava's but honestly this colorway is much better

I don't generally wear socks with sneakers myself. I think it looks kinda dumb, especially with shorts. If I do wear them, it's always the ankle variety, so nobody can see them.

I sort of agree but not wearing any socks is gross to me. I'm looking for ankle socks but if they are too short they feel weird w the ATC, guess I'm looking for something that's about the same height if that makes sense
 
Nike make ones that are higher than no-show, but shorter than regular sports socks. They end around the same height as ATC II's, so they could be good for you.
