also... when did we officially name the red 5s the toros? always called them the raging bulls or the dmp 5s.

ColdCity - someone that was too cheap to spend the extra $1 on a box. Probably gonna hit u with the "you wear the shoes not the box" comment :/

not even spending extra $ you buy shoes & they get shipped to you......... you def have a dbl box laying around...

i guess i jinxed myself i just posted a day or so ago about how a dude from NT sent me DB VI in the shoebox a lil after the og release ... that shouldve been the only issue but he sent them in a damn white/red metallic 1 box :rolleyes ...never got my og box on them

i asked a buddy & he said "thats always been the name bro" :smh: didnt want to even start that debate during a session

thats just dumb i swear bad business
Man so many people just don't care. It's a shame. Whenever I send someone something, I treat it just like a real business. I take pictures of the packaging, the address, and the USPS receipt. I send them constant messages to keep them updated. I clean and spray my stuff THOROUGHLY before I send anything off. I tape everything up neatly with newspaper or tissue paper for cushioning. Maybe that's going overboard, but with all the scammers out there today, I just want to give people a nice, professional, worry-free experience. That's why I have a perfect eBay seller rating

who the hell still does this stupid ^&
SMH, I would be pretty damn pissed if any of my shoes ever come in like that.

I remember a while back I ordered from EastBay for the first time and got my buddy the Bruce Lee Kobes. They shipped it in a plastic bag cover and of course UPS smashed the damn box! I was so irritated from the whole experience, I didn't buy anything from them Eastbay for the longest time.

(Now Eastbay just refuses to take my money since they don't even let you add to cart! LOL)

I see where that might be going...Stop before this gets locked^^ or someone gets banned

I thought I was the only one. I send tracking # thru every means of communication I have with the buyer. They get pictures of virtually everything, if I cant find a box thats perfect fitting then I stuff the box so it doesnt move too much. Taped securely like mofo and if I can remember I usually include a copy of the invoice and a packing slip with a little note saying thanks

For those interested in a sneaker protector, just pick up a can from your local footlocker, footaction, champs, finishline, etc.

Wont fade/discolor or do any harm whatsoever to the shoe or any material.

I'm the same way. People pay good money for these shoes and I want them to get them the same way they were in the pics I showed them.

I swear the "official" name was Toro Bravo, which is Spanish for Raging Bull and where the Raging Bull name came from.

So people are knowingly purchasing fake/gm pairs?
Yep. People do it all the time.
this, I know. But to openly talk about it, on NT?! I don't know man. The integrity of this culture is gone....
