Anybody ever stayed at the Jockey Club? Been looking at those and they don't seem to bad.
U get what u pay for. Stayed there in a suite with 4 other people. It's cool if it's ur first time going to vegas and you plan on kicking it the whole time. Hotel security is a ***** tho. The first night there at about midnight security knocked on our door 2 times saying they got noise complaints.Smh! The location is weird because it's  located in the side alley next to cosmo. Plus if u have some yambs coming thru its not the most appealing place. My advice is at least stay at planet hollywood.

Going for first time for my Bachelor Party May 2nd - 5th with about 6-8 people. Any recommendations on suites with good rates or large connecting rooms?

PH has 2 and 3 bedroom suites

Palazzo is a consideration. Connecting Bella suites and up to 6 will have their own bed. Each room has 2 queens and a full pullout

appreciate it...Has anyone had success with the $20 sandwich at the Palazzo?

Just got back! Hell of a trip... didn't wait in line any of the nights

Thursday Night at 1OAK wasn't as poppin as I thought it was going to be but it was still fun nonetheless, caught myself mad jungle fever.. Friday Night @ Hakkasan for Tiesto, disappointed that the hiphop room was closed, was mad packed, and too much EDM for me in 1 night, overall wasn't worth the money. Finally Saturday night @ Marquee for Dash Berlin was definitely the most interesting night. Was mad pullin, dude was telling us to dance with his fiance and go to his table if we wanted any drinks lol.. but damn it was 2-3 AM when some dude got heated at my brother whos the birthday boy so he started running his mouth (2 of them, 4 of us)... being drunk and ignant 3 of us murked dude running his mouth, while birthday boy handled this fairly big samoan dude and threw him down the stairs of Marquee... crazy night crazy night!! Love vegas though..

Next trip : June 2014!

brah's anyone been to an event at the Mandalay bay event center?

I'm trying to find cheap seats in the upper deck area....are there any locations in the place where I can get a good view of the cage for a ufc event?

If you're not on the Floor, try the lower bowl. It's a small arena, so even if you have "nosebleeds" it won't be too far.

Going to Vegas for my wife's bday/Valentine's Day next weekend.

I've only visited Vegas during the summer, how is it during the winter/non pool season?

Can't wait to hit that Spearmint though... with my wife of course

Still haven't nailed down an exact date either 14th-17th or 13th-17th.

Either Encore or Bellagio.

Funny Vegas story: Last visit there was for a Bachelor's Party last June, did an all nighter from Spearmint to Drai's then straight to Nike Las Vegas then back to Hotel to change for the Daylight Pool party.

I was so throwed and high, this young dude talked me into selling him the KD Supreme during the line up.

TLDR: Vegas is awesome

Yep most pools should be open. EBC and Wet Republic already announced artists for April. MDC should soon follow. Daylight Beach is currently under renovation to add individual pools to all cabanas and another bar area. Not sure if they'll be ready to go by April. My body is ready :smokin

dont think i came back in this forum after my first Vegas trip last summer , but thanks to everyone who dropped knowledge . the trip was a blast :smokin

just planned another trip for this MDW (May 24th -- 26th) for my best friends bachelor party weekend . at this point weve only booked the plane tickets ; any advice yall have would be GREATLY appreciated

i drafted up this email and sent it to my friends a few days ago , but its just based on my own basic research . im sure you guys have a lot better advice . im a novice when it comes to this ****

I've started doing some research into that weekend fellas. Let me know your thoughts.

Hotel options
*** this is just my first look at stuff. Chris and Tory, feel free to chime in with your suggestions too

Encore Hotel
Troy has expressed wanting to stay at Encore based on past experiences. The hotel (along with the Wynn) are beautiful, and it will make getting into XS and Encore Beach club easier. Their rates sound pretty reasonable, especially with their "early booking" promotion. Best room option IMO at the Encore is below:

Resort Suite Double Queen; 745 sq. ft.
3 rooms; 9 people
$315 total/person

The Signature at MGM Grand
Not as much action and excitement at this location (no gambling or shows); but the big benefits are the close proximity to MGM Grand and the best "bang for our buck" with regards to the room. We most definitely need to hit up the Wet Republic pool party, which is attached to the MGM Grand. Staying at the Signature will make getting in the Wet Republic a bit easier. Unfortunately the MGM Grand is completely booked for the 24th, other than extremely expensive suites ($2500 a night)

Two-Bedroom Balcony Suite; 1,500 sq. ft.
3 TVs in living rooms; 2 15" TVs in the bathroom mirrors
Full Kitchen. Two kings and two queen sofas
$180 total/person

Hard Rock Hotel
Great for gambling and it's connected to Rehab Pool Party, which was incredible when I went last summer. My vote would be the "pool queen suites". They overlook the pool, making it really easy to scope the scene and hop back up to the room for more liquor if need be

HRH Tower Pool Queen Suite
3 rooms; 9 people
$295/person
