Official "Going to Vegas in..." Vol. II "It was time"

At Vegas now unplanned we stayed at the Las Vegas hotel nothing big about it but stayed here since we learned about getting the app and a $25 coupon to stay
 
Going in May with some homies for 2 of our bdays, most likely gonna stay at PH. Then maybe one more time at the end of June for another bday, gonna stay at the Cosmo. Anyone know why rooms are more expensive the weekend of May 16-21, anything special going on? Been looking at some rooms and that weekend is the most expensive?

Always a good idea to look at the convention calendar. There's a fairly decent sized convention in town that weekend.

Heads up to anyone that will be in Vegas on the 21st, Big Sean is performing at The Bank club at the Bellagio. Just copped advance tix for $50 via their website. I think female tickets are $25.
 
^^ I'm moreso going to see Sean perform. I've never been to Vegas so I don't really have an opinion of the place yet. We shall see.
 
Yea I feel you. School me on the deals for that weekend then man. Like I said, this will be my first Vegas trip so I'm all ears to what is going on.
 
Bank is tier 2. Not terrible but not great on Saturday.

Big Sean will attract a different demographic than the EDM clubs so if you're into that you will be very pleased. If you're expecting the prototypical Vegas crowd you hear about in this thread you'll be disappointed
 
Yea I think we will stick with it and see what happens. It's actually on Friday which will be our first night, so we still have Saturday and Sunday to hit the main clubs you guys mentioned.

Solid plan. Your group is obviously into hip-hop so you'll have a good time

I don't think XS Sunday Nightswim will be open yet so I'd probably do XS Saturday and Hakkasan Sunday (or Lavo if DJ Vice is there)
 
just got back from a fun vegas trip. did a table in the ling ling room.

how much would a table in the hip hop room of tier 1 clubs be in june? what clubs are open on sunday?

we're thinking of doing a sat-mon trip so we get at least 1 pool party and 2 clubs.

I was quoted like 2 - 2.5 for Marquee's

For a Sat - Mon trip during the summer I would do

Sat - Marquee Dayclub or Wet Republic then Hakkasan or Light
Sun - EBC then XS Nightswim
