Diablos....... can't say anything on the cougar front but had these chicks from London that we met at Hak that wanted to go there. We walked over and when inside I immediately got bombarded by 2 ******* that worked there trying to sell me bottles. Bad thing is I was reaching for my card, no damns given, I wanted up in these British yambs. Girl I was talking to was a dime, but my boys stepped in and pulled me out of there :smh: :smokin Still somewhat salty over that but glad I didn't drop money on bottles at that place for sure.
 
Mann I remember goin to Vegas one time wit 300 bucks lol. Jus turned 21, was payin ugly amount of child support and went on a fluke. Now the quality of women and liquor was horrible but I had a hell of a time...jus thought about that when someone said bring 3k.
 
All booked for the 4th! 5 day trip. Staying at Vdara. First Vegas trip with the fellas and have a few questions:

Vegas clubs, are jeans the norm/required?
Should I try to get us on any lists for spots ahead of time/prior to arrival, or are dudes always going to pay cover?
Whats popping specifically 4th of july weekend?

Reading back the thread now for info as well.

So I have flight tickets for EDC weekend but my friends bailed on EDC due to sudden work commitments and not being able to rage for 3 days at EDC levels. 

How is the rest of the strip EDC weekend? I'd imagine there are a bunch of DJs? Is it worth it to still round up the troops and go to vegas EDC weekend and not go to the actual EDC event? How are XS and Marquee that weekend?
 
Check the pool and night club lineups on wantickets.com

IIRC during the day the pool parties will have the big names who are in town for EDC. I think the night clubs typically have smaller ones

Nice. I always wear Jeans and sneakers to the club. Sometimes sneakers can be a problem if you don't have a table and the promoter has no style. Dressy pair of jeans and you're good.
I recommend connecting with promoters and hopping on guest lists before you get there, it can't hurt. I'm sure you will meet some club connects while you are there too. Depending on the guy vs. girl ratio and the club/promoter, dudes will most probably pay cover or you will need to take care of the promoter.

I went to XS on Saturday night last EDC weekend, it was popping. The trip was a last minute plan and me and my boys got in for $45 a person. They had some semi popular dj spinning
 
All the mega clubs still have their top tier DJs spinning at night. EDC is 3 days, no way in hell the clubs aren't taking advantage of the fact that their top residency DJs are in town.

Light has Axwell ^ Ingrosso playing their only USA club show this year.
Hakkasan has all the heavy hitters 6 days straight - afrojack, hardwell, tiesto, calvin harris, martin garrix, dada life
marquee has kaskade summer lovin' all weekend long
XS has avicii, skrillex, guetta

granted, most people are at EDC fri-sun, clubs WILL still be insane that weekend and command higher than normal minimums.
 
Skipping out on the clubs this year, going to EDC :smokin

Unless someone pays for my cover :nerd:
 
i'll at at XS Thursday the 19th for Avicii.

I'm still looking for EDC tickets but people are trying to rape with these $550-$600 price tags.
