Official "Going to Vegas in..." Vol. II "It was time"

Question, does anyone know if you're a "local" you get in the clubs/pool parties at a cheaper price or even free?

Will be first time in vegas on June 20 - 25. Going for EDC, can't wait.

Says the guy that posted this??

I have helped 20+ nters with their trips and haven't received a thing in return, nor do I ask for anything. Ur post have done NOTHING to this thread, while everyone else asks for help or provides it. Hooked people up with MY own connections, hosts that i have used for years.

All I did was ask for EDC comments to be kept down...While EDC MAY be in Vegas, only one person asked for things to do while there during EDC. U didn't, neither did the guy that posted EDC EDC EDC or w/e.

As I said, clown.

Industry days...some clubs have free with local id, others just do cheaper bottles...Like the XS/ Tryst deal mentioned before. Surrender does b1g1 on Stoli Thursday nights for 575.

Parking is the worst. See if u can still get the tram pass that EDC is selling. That way u can park at the hotel and not worry about being in that 2 hr wait people have talked about.

free?! whats the catch to it?

Nothing at all, just get there early I'd say :smokin

Mentioned a couple of posts back, I did the three day pass last year and just was a bit much. The Las Vegas Speedway takes you away from the strip so we were leaving at 8-9pm and getting back to the room at 6-7am. Not much time to do anything else, we did do a pool on Sunday, due to being bummed cause Saturday was cut short due to weather. The drive back on Monday, no energy, just drained.

Cab lines are long if you leave after the big acts have performed or towards the end of the event. There will be traffic, lots of traffic going and leaving the Speedway.

I'm already texting a few of my boys about planning something too. Any idea if its difficult to get tickets to big fights?
Not really sure. My uncle usually scores tickets the day of, sometimes after the undercard fights have already started

Is it a long walk back to the rooms at MGM Signature? Can't remember what's been said.

Cosmo is usually my spot but unexpectedly squeezing this trip in between a few others may prevent me from being able/willing to pay their rate

I'd suggest driving if you can. Leave before 7. We went around 8 last year one day and had to yolo it through the emergency lane on the highway  It was a Saturday, so by the time we got there and went through security it was cancelled :smh:

Ended up being stuck for 2 hours on the road to the speedway :x

Cab + shuttle lines are :x :x :x :x :x

This year the shuttles have their own dedicated route. It's supposed to help with traffic a lot.

VERY long walk. But, the rooms are definitely worth it.

It's going to be a pain mobilizing the troops quickly for the fight.

May just book one room now at TheHotel. Might switch it up and stay on that end and do Light and Hak that weekend

My boy socluis90 already booked! Can't wait for this damn fight
You know theyl be raping that weekend on anywhere you go

It is. 3 long moving sidewalks + going through the MGM. If you are planning on being ****faced alot i would not recommend it. The rooms are nice but the walk isn't worth it IMO....but im simple. Something small like that will deter me from staying there again...why should i when i can have something out the front door and im on the strip? Its a hassle to me. You can go down the side road though and go in through the gate to avoid the walkways, but its still long.

What's up guys,

I'll be hitting Vegas June 24-27th for my bday with my two chick friends and my bro. Me and the two chicks fly in on the 24th and my bro flys in on the 25th. I'm staying with the chicks in the flamingo the first night, and me and my
Bro are staying in the Venetian. We all dont do clubs, so are there any popular bars out there? We also want to hit a strip club, any recommendations?

Rhumbar across the street at Mirage is one of my favorite bars on the strip. It's indoor/outdoor with a great patio.

Looks like MGM Signature is a no go. Not trying to have to hike back to my room

Thanks for the input

Oh is it? That'll be coo.

I remember some of my friends took the cab/shuttle to go back to the hotel.

By the time we got back, they were still waiting in line
