Official "Going to Vegas in..." Vol. II "It was time"

Love when people just come in and ask questions without reading the thread whatsoever. The Lawlz.

At least once a week lol.

What's good NT fam! The homies and I are hitting up Vegas Apr 29 - May 1 weekend. We are going clubbing both nights, and a day club on Saturday. Suggestions for night clubs that play hip hop? EDM is cool one night, as long as we get some hip hop, top 40 one night. Is Tao worth hitting up since we'll be staying at the Venetian? Haven't been to Tao before, how's the music there?

Also, are there any day clubs worth hitting up besides EBC and Wet Republic?

Thanks in advance!

Tao is still cool in my book. Main floor is gonna be mostly EDM and then there's a smaller hip hop room. Tao Beach is also pretty dope, don't know if you can get into either of those for free since you're staying at the Venetian, but I'd assume you could at least get into Tao Beach for free. I'll also vouch for the hip hop room in Omnia. I'm not a huge fan of EDM, but I enjoyed Omnia a lot. It's worth venturing out of the hip hop room there and on onto the outdoor patio and in the main room.. at least to scout out some yambs.

For all of you that go to Vegas frequently, what are some of y'all favorite places to stay? For me I gotta go with either the Wynn or Cosmo as my top 2. And being around the planet Hollywood area is also another location I generally like.

Venetian/Palazzo is the most frequent bc of the room size/bed situation

Encore is my favorite

Cosmo up there too

It depends on how many people you have. If it's 3+, go with Palazzo. The Bellas have two queens, a pullout, and the couch cushions are big enough to be beds. Five dudes can sleep in those comfortable. If it's just two people, it's a matter of budget. I liked Mirage the one time I stayed there. Convenient for everything I wanted to do. but I'd prefer Wynn or Cosmo.

What's the best zipline? Is it the Rio one or the Fremont St. one? Also, is the High Roller Ferris wheel worth it at night for the open bar? Any tips about either of the rides? Thx in advance.

Damn, thinking of taking another trip out there next month. It was my first time staying at the Cosmo last year and now I won't stay anywhere else. Those terraces are :smokin

Also want to get on the roulette and blackjack tables. My girlfriend and I made a killing last time and we unfortunately didn't stop while we were ahead :smh:

And ditto on the questions about the High Roller, definitely wanna do that one night and see whats up.

Going to Vegas in May for an accounting super seminar.
Since it's only on the weekdays (Monday to Thursday), I don't think the strip will be poppin. Looks like I shall gorge on buffets and the slots.

Hey what's up, Vegas experts?! Headed there for a bachelor party March 17-20 staying at the Aria. Any recommendations for things to do on the Wednesday and Thursday for the early arrivers? Also best club vip option for Friday (XS?) and best pool party Friday and Saturday? Thanks in advance!

Monday Movements at XS. Wednesday/Thursdays are normally industry night which is pretty fun.

I was actually thinking of going to Omnia at that Tuesday....other than that I'm going to just chill
I don't want to feel dead going to a 3 day seminar that starts at 8 am everyday :x

Makes sense. I wouldn't be able to go hard while in Vegas for work. Unless

let me tag along.. lol

will be out there 18-20...

as far as pool parties i would recommend WetRebuplic or EBC, in my experience has never let me down.

last trip i had a room at HardRock and spent both days at Rehab... boy has that place gone down hill.

Dont know how yall do it staying at Cosmo, so expensive

me and 5 buddies going 2nd weekend of June, Ive got the 2 bedroom suite at Delano reserved. Thought of doing Cosmo or Venetian but I figure I can get more space there for less money to accomodatre everyone pretty juiced to get back out there.

Not sure which pool parties we will hit this time. Last time we did Ditch Friday last year and it was fun but not to crazy. Might see whats up with EBC or Wet Republic.

What are daybed prices hitting for at those locations?

Lol come thru! I'm sure the pool parties will be good with your recommendations. Need some ideas for trouble to get into Wednesday and Thursday since some of us get there early.

Last minute trip to LV. On a budget. Bout to just drink, walk the strip and eat cheap food. F it. Do you usually get into hotel club for free if your staying There?

At Cosmo, yeah, there's a different (and usually way shorter) line thats just for hotel guests, just gotta flash your room key. One of the only clubs I mess with cause of the hip-hop section.

Good look. Actually staying there with wifey tomorrow. What's their dress code?

Like every other club: collared shirt, dress shoes, clean, dark jeans or slacks.

I figured. Thought I could get in with some blk cement 3's . Oh well, clarks it is.
Actually when I was just there last month! People were wearing, hats, white tees (v neck) regular shoes, jeans etc..... Swear over the last couple of years, dress code isn't as strict at all anymore.
