EBC at Night used to be called Splash Dance. It's a relatively newer term. Always been Thursday nights though.

looks like I'm going the first week of NBA Summer League/UFC 200 weekend. What's the crowd look like on UFC weekends? A bunch of meatheads with cauliflower ears at the pool parties? :smh:

Maybe slightly more than usual but pool season cracks every weekend no matter what

I have only been to LV on a UFC weekend once but that was in the mid 2000s. Everyone was walking around like they were gonna be the next Liddell or Rampage Jackson.
 
Went mid-week with the wife and we were in a rush bc of dinner reservations so we had to grab a cab from the airport :smh:

Tried the $20 trick at Bellagio but the guy kicked it back to me super quick. He was cool about it and told us they were 97% full but he did waive my late checkout fee. Went to Lily's bar bc they had 2 for 1 drinks and it was chill, a bunch of old folks with some young ones sprinkled in. After we ate at Olives, I wanted to hit up a club but hit the craps table instead and before I knew it 2 hours passed and I was up a few bills, so we just called it a night. The next day consisted of shopping, gambling and hitting up Casa Fuente and Montecristo (weak) for some cigars and drinks. It was cold and raining/drizzling most of the time we were there.

Went last weekend during UFC 197, it honestly didn't seem all that different as far as the crowd goes tbh. Might be different once peak pool season hits though.

It was my first time going to Daylight. It's about the size of my apartment complex's pool :lol:

I'm 6 for 6 with the $20 trick. Kinda weird any hotel is 97% booked mid-week.

no one has mentioned the obvious, but if you're going to use the $20 trick try to check in before ~4PM, my assumption is most people are checking in later in the evening, so 12-5PM is when there's the highest quantity of rooms.

what time did you check in Fresh Sole?

checked in around 6:20

My boy hit me up and told he got a suite comped at the Venetian in June for his bachelor party. I know he's down to have a good time and spend money but some of his other friends are not :lol: so I'm still debating if I should go.
