I've never stayed at any City Center properties. If I did, I'd choose Aria. I've stayed at Cosmo multiple times. It's pretty good. But, honestly, the best hotel I've stayed at was the Wynn.

IMO Encore is the nicest, Cosmo has the best views and atmosphere while Palazzo gives the best bang for your buck for a group of guys.
If it's a couple I would do Cosmo and get a fountain view and just smash on the balcony repeatedly
